1. Mix all the dry ingredients together, together with the Bar One's (cut into small cubes).
2. Mix the egg, water and vanilla essence together.
3. Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
4. Use "spray-and-cook" in a microwaveable container.
5. Pour mixture into the container and microwave for 8 minutes on high.

Sauce:

1. Melt Bar One and cream together while stirring it.
2. Once pudding is cooked, take out and pour sauce over.
3. Serve with whipped cream, custard or ice cream.
